Dusseldorf – The New Europe

The tours begin with a 1-hour walk to the points of interest in Düsseldorf’s Old Town – famous as the ‘longest bar in the world’. With the motto ‘Churches, Art and Inns’, our guides will show you, amongst others, the birthplace of Heinrich Heine, the old town hall with Jan Wellem’s equestrian statue, the Rhine embankment promenade…

Following this, an excursion boat will take you to the new “MedienHafen”, which the creations of renowned international architects such as Frank O. Gehry have turned into a Mecca for connoisseurs of architecture. From aboard the ship, enjoy for 60 minutes the spectacular panorama of the Old Town, the State Parliament and the “MedienHafen” as well as the magnificent art nouveau facades on the left-hand bank of the river Rhine.
