Join archaeologist and presenter James Balme at St Werburgh church in Warburton. James explains about the history of the church and the evidence for earlier settlement in the village. This film was made in 1999 and was one of the 1st films to be made in the village. Since that time James has gone on to present further features for BBC, ITV and local radio. This culminated in a vist by Tony Robinson and the Time Team in 2006 to excavate an area of the village for the 2007 series.
