Harley needs to recall or HONOR the warranty on the front end of the 2006 & up Sportsters. I worked at Arctic Cat as an expeditor for years, and I know how companies try to screw people on warrantys. May of 2007 I started carrying a passenger. As a result, the suspension in the front end of my harley went limp. I went to Andy's HD in Grand Forks, ND and they added heavier shock oil (w/o authorization, left oil all over the bike, & charged me $177), claiming nothing was wrong, and refused any warranty as I didn't buy it from them. So I go to Fargo on July 25th, 2007, and the counterman in this video said he'd make an appt for me and his tech RODE the bike to complain himself something was wrong. I NEVER heard back. So now a year later, with only a few months left of a warranty I never got to USE: Fargo HD claims after having the bike for 6 minutes that NOTHING IS WRONG with it. It takes 3 minutes to get to the counterman's explanation, and following you can watch a 150 lb man hold down the front end with ease. They apparently don't see what EVERYONE else that rides does. They also have xray vision apparently. They wanted to charge me $90 an hour to tear it apart to see if anything's defective inside. Great warranty, even better service. I kept the video uncut (hence the waiting for 3 mins) to show that I did NOT alter anything. April 29th, 2008. Only 4 months left of my warranty. When I got the Harley, I got a free t-shirt and 20% off my immediate in-store purchase. Yet Honda gives away $1500 in certificates for gear. But I got a cool t-shirt. Harley: GREAT machine, lousy service and even WORSE warranty. Too bad I'm not sporting the big bucks to buy their top end bikes so I could get some decent service, honored warranty, or be able to throw down $100 an hour labor for them to inspect their own machine's defects.

2002 Dodge Intrepid Steering Problems, Practically New Dodge, Chrysler Warranty Fraud, refuses to replace defective steering rack that wanders, drifts, clunks, rattles, sticks, doesn't return to center normally at times and eats tires. Chrysler 300M Concord LHS Eagle Vision premature steering problems due to defectively designed steering. Chrysler denies any problems and declines to cover problem under warranty. After 3 alignments, problems continue, noise, wandering, premature tire wear, change in steering response, steering wheel not returning to center normally at times all while Chrysler and different dealers pretend problems do not exist and refuse to cover the common issue under warranty for this consumer. This is just one out of many examples of warranty fraud by Chrysler and how Chrysler leaves consumers to just "deal with it" or incurr a loss from dumping their vehicle. The single was so well recieved on Minneapolis radio that they made this video for SERIOUS in the summer of '85. (They sold copies of this vid at their shows and this is taken directly from one of those.) This video & single helped to the get attention of record companies and soon after LW were signed to Atlantic/Atco records.
