Buñol (Valencia), 27 ago (EFE ).- La localidad valenciana de Buñol se impregnó hoy de tomate durante la fiesta de la Tomatina, una batalla en la que más de 40.000 personas se lanzaron 120 toneladas de esta hortaliza para rememorar lo que comenzó hace 63 años como una mera diversión entre amigos. La guerra a tomatazos es en la actualidad una multitudinaria fiesta a la que este año han acudido turistas de toda España y de Australia, Suecia, Dinamarca, Francia, Gran Bretaña, Japón o Rusia, entre otros países.
