I introduce how to cook sanuki-udon. Udon is very delicious Japanese food. Udon is a type of thick wheat-based noodle. I like kijoyu-udon. Kijoyu udon served in a cold soup of soy sauce and sudachi or lemon, with a bit of grated radish.
