An intro for the 1st Regional STEP Competition for Tech-Voc Schools in Region 12; opening program and contest proper held at Glan School of Arts and Trades. This is also GSAT's entry in the recently concluded Division English Festival 2008 for the Topographical Projection; Champion: GSAT -- one good reason why they presented this in the STEP Competition.
