A few years back Apple Corps discovered that film footage of the Beatles, that was used for a promo film for "Lady Madonna", was in fact footage of the Beatles recording "Hey Bulldog". It was shown on ABC's 20/20, but with Elizabeth Vargus talking over the entire piece!!! But thanks to the magic of non-linear editing I was able to place a recording of "Hey Bulldog" over the 20/20 piece. Enjoy

Marley J Wills, a 32-year-old father of four, told the Croydon Guardian how he recorded several tracks with Leona when she was just 15-years-old. Together, Marley said they generated interest from record producers overseas. However, shortly before the pair were due to travel to the US, Marley was told Leona would instead be going with her dad and he never saw her again. Speaking about the first time they met, Marley, a teaching assistant at Cypress Infant School, said: "I was singing in a studio in Tooting, putting material together because there was a showcase coming up, and Leona came through the door. According to Marley, an American record company contacted him after seeing them perform together. "For someone so young it was going to be mega," Marley added, "We started putting more material together and they met with us and said they wanted Leona to sing a version of Minnie Ripperton's Loving You. "She was young and innocent but very much able. Even then she had a very good voice. We started putting tracks together straight away." "Leona could hit the notes and I think she did it better than the original. We were very excited about it and then time passed and we got a phone call saying they would send tickets. "But Leona's dad decided he was going to America beforehand and that he would take her with him. I never saw her again until I saw her on the television." Marley insists he is not bitter and said he was happy to help Leona in some small way. "I was born to sing so I would just help everybody," he said. Jason Mraz and Brett Dennen speak here about their contribution to an album for Survival International, the human rights organization for tribal peoples. Bruce Parry, star of the BBC series Tribe and the forthcoming Amazon, has teamed up with some of the music worlds biggest names to create a fundraising album for Survival. Musicians on the album also include KT Tunstall, Skin from Skunk Anansie, will.i.am (Black Eyed Peas), Johnny Borrell (Razorlight), Tom Baxter, Mystery Jets, Yusuf Islam, Hot Chip, the Go! Team and Mike Oldfield. In addition, Guy Berryman from Coldplay, Jonas from MEW and Magne from A-ha have formed a new band specially for the CD called Apparatjik, and recorded a track that will also be used for the end credits of Amazon. Every track on the album is exclusive, and has been written especially for the project. The first section of songs is titled Amazon and features songs inspired by Bruce Parrys new series of that name, to be shown on BBC2 in September. The second section of songs, entitled Tribe, is a collection of dance/experimental songs which all use samples of music Bruce recorded with the tribal people he lived with during the making of his hugely popular BBC show.
