C0nC3RN¡ng Results: Glitch Promulgation
This the result of chopping the earlier visualization up in iMovie. Raw findings: 1) The tesseract was frozen asymetrically for 6:29 seconds. 2) An artifact had been created, a grey field with a hypercube and an unknown geometry within that. These were then symetrizized (mirrored) and overlaid again. The import resulted in audio artifacts. These were in turn mirrored, and the whole new set exported as a symetric event. This was the result. Not what it previewed as. Prognosis: Unknown. |

OmbudsmanKosova #13 Kosova Ombudsman 2007-2008 Annual Report
Kosova Ombudsman 2007-2008 annual report promulgated U.N.M.I.K Regulation No. 2006/06 on the Ombudsperson Institution to replace U.N.M.I.K Regulation No. 2000/38. Since the promulgation of the above-mentioned U.N.M.I.K Regulation, there has been some confusion regarding the Institutions competences to investigate complaints against U.N.M.I.K. Indeed, following the promulgation of U.N.M.I.K Regulation No. 2006/06, it appeared that the Ombudsperson Institutions competences had been limited to dealing with complaints against the PISG. This was confirmed in a letter sent to the Acting Ombudsperson by the former PDS.R.S.G in August 2006, in which it was stated that the |

Kosova Ombudsman 2007-2008 annual report laws adopted by the Assembly of Kosovo and U.N.M.I.K regulations promulgated during the reporting time. Vacatio legis is a period of time between the promulgation of a law and its entry into force, with the aim of giving the public and the authorities applying the law the chance to adjust and prepare for the new legal situation. The recommendations of the Ombudsperson Institution in this regard have so far not been taken into consideration as U.N.M.I.K Regulations and Assembly Laws continued to enter into force immediately after their promulgation. As a result, most institutions are not prepared to implement the new legislation and |

It's Complicated: Chapter 51
As I walked out of the room, I couldnt help but feel a knot of pain running through my body. I love - loved - and I walked out on him Love is a temporary madness. It erupts like an earthquake and then subsides. And when it subsides you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your roots have become so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part. Because this is what love is. Love is not breathlessness, it is not excitement, it is not the promulgation of promises of eternal passion. That is just being "in love" which any of us can convince ourselves we are. Love itself is what is left over when being in love has burned away, and this is both an art and a fortunate accident. Your mother and I had it, we had roots that grew towards each other underground, and when all the pretty blossom had fallen from our branches we found that we were one tree and not two." - Captain Corelli's Mandolin A week has past and I dont know what to do. All I think about is it. The day I walked out and he was gone. Love is temporary madness. It erupts like an earthquake and then subsides. My love IS madness and didnt subside. I was left, broken and alone. Shattered into pieces and no one left to put them back together. Its the day of his funeral and I still remember that day. Blondie and Joe came to get me. We arrived at the funeral home and Blondie came over and held me hand. We walked in together and I was bracing myself or the worst. Time past and then it was time to go up ad say goodbye, but I couldnt help but think Is this actually our goodbye? it was something I didnt want to think about it. I realized it was my turn and I went up to see him and reached out to touch his cold monition less hand. Before I got to touch it, it moved. A month later Nick was in the hospital. The night his hand moved was amazing. But he was in a coma. I walked into his room and sat at his side. I immediately grabbed his hand and held it. He could do little things. Like when grabbed his hand, he would tenderly hold it back but nothing more. Hey Nick. Its me. I was thinking today. Can you get to your future if your past is present? Ive seen people I love get hurt before and I really dont like it. I man who would? And just like that I moved out of my present and into my future, but now it was time to get rid of the past, In my fantasy this was amazing, In reality...It was. |

Democrats Work For Bush Under Threat - Nader Vindicated!
Not by itself, but in conjunction with everything else Bush has done, all of the other Executive Orders this does finally seal the crypt. Sec. 6. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Defense, is hereby authorized to take such actions, including the promulgation of rules and regulations, and to employ all powers granted to the President by IEEPA as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this order. The Secretary of the Treasury may redelegate any of these functions to other officers and agencies of the United States Government, consistent with applicable law. All agencies of the United States Government are hereby directed to take all appropriate measures within their authority to carry out the provisions of this order and, where appropriate, to advise the Secretary of the Treasury in a timely manner of the measures taken. http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2007/07/20070717-3.html No courts involved. No legislation to control it. No redress of grievances available. The definitions are so broad that the Sec of the Treasury could have the DHHS declare whole cities to be quarantined, for example. 'Applicable law' doesn't make much sense when you have just outlined virtually unlimited powers for your branch of government. Things like this, this is why we threw off British rule. And what has happened in response? America has simply looked at the horror, and has decided en masse to switch the channel. Too horrible to contemplate taking action to rein in the madman that would be Emperor, people like Russ Feingold, for God's sake .. Russ Feingold .. have told us to hold our fire. Keep the powder dry. Bob Barr, Richard Viguerie, Bruce Fein, Republicans all, they know what is necessary. They are calling for impeachment of at least some of the Bush administration. It's only a question of why Democrats cannot figure it out. I'm beginning to think that Congress has been told in no uncertain terms that any move to limit these powers by Bush will be met with 'harsh action'. |

Message to Anonymous from a Scientology Believer
Know this: I am a Scientologist. Also know: every scrap of information you leave behind at our web sites, our call centers and our houses of worship is being relayed to a response team at our Clearwater headquarters. If you attack us, you are taking your freedom into your own hands. You will be identified, you will be named, you will be caught, you will be prosecuted and then you will be sued in civil court even as you sit in your jail cell. Be ready. --- TRANSCRIPT for the hard of hearing. Hello, leaders of Anonymous. We are the Church of Scientology. In the preceding weeks, you have come to our attention. Your campaign of hate. Your promulgation of bigotry. Your direct attacks on members of our faith. All of these things have caught our eye. With the rise of your latest propaganda video into mainstream circulation, one thing has become clear. You represent a threat to us and our interests. We have therefore decided that you must be destroyed. Despite your claims, it is clear your numbers are small. You consist of a loose band of small time hackers, child pornographers, schoolyard terrorists, and Internet bullies. You claim that for each of you who falls, ten more will rise to take his place. This is false. Do you seriously expect that a band of teenagers can destroy the Church of Scientology? You post your plans on public repositories of criminal information. You call our centers from traceable numbers. You perpetrate denial of service attacks from your home computers. And we are watching. You condemn the generous donations the faithful make to support our Church. Be aware that these donations have funded a private security apparatus which is matched by no other Church. For years we have endured persecution at the hands of bigots. Your suppressive activities are more of the same. And they will not be tolerated. 711chan has already fallen. Ebaumsworld.com. Partyvan.info. 4chan.org. 420chan.org. These sites are next. And taking them down will not be difficult. United States and international law enforcement has already expressed serious interest in what is posted on these sites. We have showed them every manner of illegal obscenity and filth as well as your plans to attack us. We are archiving everything. With the help of these law enforcement agencies, we will find the identities of those who use these sites as a base for criminal activity. When you, the members of Anonymous, see your leaders taken into custody, you will flee. No others will rise to take your place. Your movement will splinter and fall before us. Religion is free. Transcendence is free. We are the Church of Scientology. Expect us. |
