Smt Ranjana Pradhan performing Indian Classical Raga Kalavati on vintage and rare Indian Instrument called "Jal-Tarang", live at Sydney. Jal means water, Tarang means Vibration. The ceramic bowls are tuned with water and played with teak wood stick. Watch her playing with amazing dextirity. Mrs Ranjana now age 77, has learnt this complex art of playing Hindustani (Indian) Classical Raags on Jaltarag at age of 10 and progressed through her musical journey and reached pinncale of success through hard work and dedication. At age of 20 she beacome all India Radio artist and played for nearly 40 years. She has participated on many Televison, coveted classical music concerts predominantly in Mumbai ( formerly known as Bombay) and other cities in India.
