Here I use two thrusters, connected in opposite polarity. Thrust isn't too great, but setup is simple, clear visible and easy repeatable. Environment is also presented. Thruster works on 50kV. With smoke test I didn't observe air moving.

Here is an interesting find. One terminal/electrode is aluminum and one is stainless steel. When the aluminum is made negative, more gas appears to be produced. I wonder what other metals produce similar results. A problem might be that the oxygen gas and aluminum might produce an aluminum oxide coating on the aluminum.. I'm not sure since im not a chemist..however, the hydrogen might clean that off as it's produced. To overcome this, if there is a problem, perhaps the aluminum can possibly be coated with another metal and so fourth. For example, here is a discussion of the plating of aluminum with gold: http://www.finishing.com/192/74.shtml Still, that could be a problem, since like in the plating of metals, its possible the gold layer would be removed by the hydrogen process. Is it just an illusion? Perhaps the Hydrogen/oxygen bubbles are smaller and the mix just makes the water more cloudy? Anyway, though the bubbles are smaller and therefore the plates/electrodes can go closer together than plates where large bubbles are since hydrogen bubbles do not conduct any electricity (ie. current/movement of electrons). Smaller bubble can move between closer plates easier. Closer plates will however draw more current..so less electrolyte - to make the water more conductive is only needed. Does the magnetic metal (here the stainless steel - not sure if its chrome and/or nickel added to it.. it's stainless but a magnet will attract it) help electrons come to it; more of them or faster with more energy? I guess its only feasable if the efficiency is much greater than using standard electricty in the production of hydrogen gas. However, the question of resonance is not over yet. What if some electrolyte such as salt/sodium or othe metal can be made to resonate in the water solution.. this resonance might transfer some vibrational energy to the water molecule to and allow the electricity to make more hydrogen. Here's my take on what aluminum oxide is: Aluminum has some free electrons that can be used to conduct electricity. When aluminum is near oxygen, a molecule of aluminum and oxygen can form on the surface of the aluminum. Due to this bonding, some of the free electrons of the aluminum and oxygen are not available for the conduction of electricity, practically an insulator. As far as I can tell, a positive voltage (and its resulting current) is applied to the aluminum (as a anode) to grow the aluminum oxide coating (in the electrolyte). I haven't seen any too much data about this, but you probably have to be careful about exposed surfaces (non grown ones) when the electrodes are removed during the process, so perhaps the electrode needs to be moved a bit on the aluminum during the "growing" part.
