We asked this taxi driver to take us to the Russian border when we were staying in Manzhouli, but he took us to the wrong one [the actual, functional border crossing, as opposed to the tourist-friendly one with a viewing tower and giftshop]. Still, at least he had nice seat covers. Oh wait, no he didn't even have that going for him.
