The truth about albanians ILLYRICUM SACRUM
Pope Clement XI (July 23, 1649 -- March 19, 1721), born Giovanni Francesco Albani, was Pope from 1700 until his death. Albani was born in Urbino, into a noble family that had established itself there from northern Albania in the 15th century and were originally soldiers of Scanderbeg against the Ottoman Empire. During his reign as a Pope the famous "Illyricum Sacrum" was commissioned, and today it is one of the main sources of the field of Albanology with over 5000 pages divided in several volumes written by Dom. Farlati and Dom. Coletti. ................................. Illyricum Sacrum është nje vepër enciklopedike me 5500 faqe, e ndare ne nente vellime. Korpusi Illyricum Sacrum 1751 Venedik Vellimi I Autor Daniele Farlati 1753 Venedik Vellimi II Autor Daniele Farlati 1765 Venedik Vellimi III Autor Daniele Farlati 1769 Venedik Vellimi IV Autor Daniele Farlati 1775 Venedik Vellimi V Autor Daniele Farlati 1800 Venedik Vellimi VI Autor Daniele Farlati 1817 Venedik Vellimii VII Autor Daniele Farlati 1819 Venedik Vellimi VIII Autor Jacobo Koleti 1909 Split Vellimi IX Autor Jacobo Koleti Me kete vepër Farlati behet nje nga personalitetet me te medha te ilirologjise. Ai është me i madhi, perfaqesuesi me dinjitoz qe njohim deri me sot. |

The helmet of Scanderbeg * IN * PE * RA * TO * RE * BT *
The helmet och Scanderbeg Skanderbeg's helmet is made of white metal, adorned with a strip dressed in gold. On its top lies the head of a horned goat made of bronze, also dressed in gold. The bottom part bears a copper strip adorned with a monogram separated by rosettes * IN * PE * RA * TO * RE * BT *, which means: Jhezus Nazarenus * Principi Emathie * Regi Albaniae * Terrori Osmanorum * Regi Epirotarum * Benedictat Te (Jesus Nazarene Blesses Thee [Skanderbeg], Prince of Mat, King of Albania, Terror of the Ottomans, King of Epirus). Thus the inscriptions on the helmet may refer to the unsettled name by which Albania was known at the time, as a means to identify Skanderbeg's leadership over all Albanians across regional denominative identifications. Turkish: Arnaut, Greek: Arbanas, Arbanensis, Italian: Albanian, Epirotarum, Albanensis, Albanian: Arber, Arberesh, Epirotas.[1]) The first element which commands attention is the meaning and symbolism of the horned goat on the helmet. It is difficult to assess with certainty what the horned goat might signify. It might be explained by the cult of the wild goat, the symbol of the "zana" or goddess "Diana".Note: Dhi-ana; Lady of the Goats in Albanian. The 'Z', 'D', 'Th' shift is vey common like Zeus, Deus, Theos. There are signs indicating that the cult of the wild goat is very ancient. The Roman writer and historian of the I-II century A.D., S. Suetom Tanquilli (De Vita Caesarum, L.II, 12, 94.) writes that the Roman Emperor Augustus, after putting down the Illyrian revolt of Bato, cut a coin bearing the head of a horned goat to celebrate the victory There is another possible explanation with serious historical ramifications. According to a report by historians Kamus-al-Alam maintains that the wording "Dhu lKarnejn" (owner of the two horns) was an appellative attributed to Alexander the Great of Macedon, the very name which Skanderbeg bore This second explanation may be the truer, since the theory of the Macedonian-Albanian and Epirot-Albanian continuance is strong Marin Barleti who writes: "When the people saw all those young and brave men around Skanderbeg, then it was not hard to believe that the armies of [Sultan] Murat were so defeated by the Albanians. Indeed, the times when the star of Macedon shone brilliantly had returned, just as they seemed in those long forgotten times of Pyrrhus and Alexander." |

A brief history in written Albanian language
A brief history in written Albanian language. Academic - Kolec Topalli 1 - About 57 AD, Apostle Paul writes, "So from Jerusalem all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ... where Christ was not known". (Rom. 15:19-20). 2 - The Archbishop of Durres Pal Engjelli, a close associate of Scanderbeg, used the "Formula of Baptism" in baptizing in 1462. It is a short sentence in Albanian which reads, "Unte paghesont premenit Atit et birit et spertit senit" (I'm baptizing you in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit"), 3 - The first document in written Albanian dates from the 16th century when the book, Meshari by Gjon Buzuku, was published in 1555. HellenicLogic or MalakaLogic? (part I)
Since youtube allowed some people to download their videos, they are doing works presenting albanian people like people without history, without culture, without personality. Well, I just found some information about us, albanians, and wanted to share it with you. Of course here is only a part of it, I hope that very soon we'll have it all. For they who don't like this information I have just some words : watch it, enjoy it,and if you don't like it tell me why. Without insults. Keep well every body. Albanian Catholic Churches In Kosova Transformed by Serbs
Albanian Catholic Churches and Monasteries In Kosova Transformed by Serbs in orthodox churches!! When dealing with Christianity & its long history in Albania, it is essential to distinguish from the start between Christianity on Albanian soil and Christianity among the Albanians as a people. Albania was in fact one of the earliest countries of Europe to come into contact with Christianity and it has a particularly long and diverse history with this faith. There were relatively early Christian settlements along the Illyrian coast. First to have preached the gospel in Albania have been Saint Paul himself who states:"So from Jerusalem all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ" (Romans 15:19). Christian bishops from Dardania & Macedonia Salutare, dignitaries from the present eastern Albania & Kosova are known to have been among those who took part in the first Ecumenical Council which was convened in Nicaea in 325 A.D. by the Emperor Constantine (r. 307-337 A.D.) |

Khan Asparuh - (09) - Last Battle - NikeBG
Whoever guesses what exactly does the title (specifically, the NikeBG part) mean will get... well, congratulations! ;) A cut-scene from the Bulgarian movie "Khan Asparuh" (aka "681 - Glory of the khan"), the full Bulgarian version. The movie was made for the 1981 jubilee "1300 years since the creation of Bulgaria". It has absolutely no computer effects, all the actors are real! P.S. Sorry for the bad resolution (much worse than the original video), but the clip had to go through at least three video conversions and I don't have the technology to make it better... "Subtitles": "00:03 -- 00:08 Khan Asparuh: If they don't attack today, we won't go out. It's clear -- they're waiting us for an open fight. 00:17 -- 00:19 Emperor Constantine IV: I don't believe they won't come out even today. 00:33 -- 02:53 Emperor: Second day -- nothing. That heathen stands from dawn till dusk and is watching me. The army should be formed for battle again tomorrow morning! Gregorian: I doubt an army could be formed up for three days without leading it into battle, noble one! You reproached me yesterday for not telling you how nervous are our men. I'm telling you now. Their yesterday's and today's futile readiness for battle has confused them to a highest degree. They gather in many, grumbling. I've noticed, it's like that before revolts. Emperor: I reached the throne in a fight with the rebelled soldiers of my father, Gregorian. I was far at the Tamislar Mountain then. And why are they grumbling? Gregorian: Our warriors from Moesia, Scythia and Illyricum, they've been killing Slavs for as long as they can remember. But the Slovenes have no end. After that came the war with the Arabs, now with the Bulgarians. The exhausted army is asking itself "Why?" and "Till when?" And... if tomorrow... Emperor: I won't be here tomorrow. Yes, yes. Do you think that it's easy to carry an empire, whose nations are more than the stars? And with what army? With an army from these same nations, which asks you in the worst of time "Why?" and "Till when?" At dawn, when my "trusted" soldiers are still sleeping, I'll be leaving with my personal guards and the rest of the cavalry for Constantinople. Otherwise - my stiff leg hurts, so I'm at mineral baths in Messembria. Gregorian: Noble one, what will happen with our campaign? Emperor: I'm leaving it in the hands of my highest strategists. What else are they for? And put that thing away from me! Gregorian: Noble one... Emperor: You're free to go... And why on earth should this nameless, this no one's horseman deserve the presence of an emperor? 02:56 -- 02:59 The ichirgu-boil: Subigi, the emperor left the camp with his personal guards this morning. 03:27 -- 03:50 Strategist: We have no right to discuss the orders, despite of the absence of Emperor Constantine IV. We only follow them. 2nd Strategist: Why did the noble one actually left? 3rd Strategist: Due to illness. The emperor got sick. 2nd Strategist: Due to illness. And he didn't look ill at all! 4th Strategist: It's our duty to finish the war, which the noble one started, with a triumph. 03:54 -- 04:11 Strategist: Form up! Don't you hear the "Form up" orders? Form up! Why are the orders not followed? Soldier: The soldiers want to know where the emperor is. 2nd Soldier: Where's the emperor? Strategist: Go back in the formation or I'll cut you down! 04:33 -- 04:43 Heracleios: Disgrace, warriors of Byzantium! You're disgracing the Empire in the face of its enemies! You're disgracing the Empire in the face of its enemies... 07:48 -- 07:50 Asparuh: Pagan should go around Boril's men! 08:27 -- 08:29 Asparuh: Don't leave them, close them in a ring! 08:44 -- 09:12 Warrior: Subigi, they're fleeing! Victoryyy! They're fleeing! The ichirgu-boil: The emperor's army is fleeing... Asparuh: Glory be to Tangra! It's over..." |

Names Origin of the Ancient Gods.
http://www.scienceblog.com/cms/print/16452 Names origin of the ancient Gods were Pelasgean, and have sense only in Albanian language! Pelasgians were made of three kingdoms Thrace-Macedonians, Illyrians, and Epiriotes, etc. All three of them had something incommon, they spoke a similar language, worshiped the same ancient dieties, had the same traditions which are Pelasgian, and are explained in a meaningful way by the Albanian language of modern days. Robert D'Angely in 'Enigma' supports the same idea that Albanian language explains the Pelasgian gods known as Greek mythology. Also, another writer Aristidh Kola in his book 'The Language of Gods' supports the same idea: Albanian language is the language of ancient 'Greek' mythology. Nermin Vlora Falaski does the same. This book is a must read in order to understand the truth about the origin of the most ancient people in the World, the Pelasgians, today's Albanians. Elizabeth J. Pyatt, Linguistic PhD, Pennsylvania State University USA: "In 3200 BC, there were many, many languages spoken besides Sumerian and Egyptian, but they were not fortunate enough to have a writing system. These languages are just as old. To take one interesting case, the Albanian language (spoken north of Greece) was not written down until about the 15th century AD, yet Ptolemy mentions the people in the first century BC.* The linguistic and archaeological evidence suggests that Albanians were a distinct people for even longer than that. So Albanian has probably existed for several millennia, but has only been written down for 500 years. With a twist of fate, Albanian might be considered very "old" and Greek pretty "new"." 'A connection between the language of the ancient Phrygians of Asia Minor and the Illyrians has also been made and it is believed that the ancient Illyri-Thraco tribe, the Bryges,(once inhabitants of Macedon and Thrace) were one and the same people'(Wilkes1992:145) 'Phrygians constituted the main body of the population of the greater part of Thrace, Macedonia, and Illyricum' (p.622) William Smith & Mahmoud Saba - Dictionary of Greek and Roman Geography 1857 Cavalli Sforza is an Italian population geneticist who teaches at Stanford University in California. He claimed that the Albanian and Armenian languages originated with the first wave of Neolithic farmers. Albanian together with Armenian are the oldest languages that came into use when humans first started to farm. The real name for farmers is ar-beres = ar-banas = arberesh. In Albanian ''ar'' translates into agricultural land, and "bere" translates into do/make, so Arberesh = farming the land, farmers. These claims are documented in Genes, Peoples, and Languages by Luigi Luca Cavalli-Sforza, it was published in 2001 after 10 years of intense research by different scientists Kuptohet qe kjo video eshte nje pune siperfaqsore dhe e pergjithshme, nuk eshte e plote dhe perfundimtare... THIRD SECRET OF FATIMA !!! COMPLETE ANNIHILATION 7
St. Gregory III POPE Feast: December 10 Pope St. Gregory III was the son of a Syrian named John. The date of his birth is not known. His reputation for learning and virtue was so great that the Romans elected him pope by acclamation, when he was accompanying the funeral procession of his predecessor, 11 February, 731. As he was not consecrated for more than a month after his election, it is presumed that he waited for the confirmation of his election by the exarch at Ravenna. In the matter of Iconoclasm, he followed the policy of his predecessor. He sent legates and letters to remonstrate with the persecuting emperor, Leo III, and held two synods in Rome (731) in which the image-breaking heresy was condemned. By way of a practical protest against the emperor's action he made it a point of paying special honour to images and relics, giving particular attention to the subject of St. Peter's. Fragments of inscriptions, to be seen in the crypts of the Vatican basilica, bear witness to this day of an oratory he built therein, and of the special prayers he ordered to be there recited. Leo, whose sole answer to the arguments and apologies for image worship which were addressed to him from both East and West, was force, seized the papal patrimonies in Calabria and Sicily, or wherever he had any power in Italy, and transferred to the patriarch of Constantinople the ecclesiastical jurisdiction which the popes had previously exercised both there, and throughout the ancient Prefecture of Illyricum. Gregory III confirmed the decision of his predecessors as to the respective rights of the Patriarchs of Aquileia and Grado, and sent the pallium to Antoninus of Grado. In granting it also to Egbert of York, he was only following out the arrangements of St. Gregory I who had laid it down that York was to have metropolitical rights in the North of England, as Canterbury had to have them in the South. Both Tatwine and Nothelm of Canterbury received the pallium in succession from Gregory III (731 and 736). At his request Gregory III extended to St. Boniface the same support and encouragement which had been afforded him by Gregory II. "Strengthened exceedingly by the help of the affection of the Apostolic See", the saint joyfully continued his glorious work for the conversion of Germany. About 737 Boniface came to Rome for the third time to give an account of his stewardship, and to enjoy the pope's "life-giving conversation", At Gregory's order the monk and great traveller, St. Willibald, went to assist his cousin St. Boniface in his labours. The close of Gregory's reign was troubled by the Lombards. Realizing the ambition which animated Liutprand, Gregory completed the restoration of the walls of Rome which had been begun by his predecessors, and bought back Gallese, a stronghold on the Flaminian Way, from Transamund, Duke of Spoleto, which helped to keep open the communications between Rome and Ravenna. In 739, Liutprand was again in arms. His troops ravaged the exarchate, and he himself marched south to bring to subjection his vassals, the Dukes of Spoleto and Benevento, and the Duchy of Rome. Transamund fled to Rome, and Gregory implored the aid of the great Frankish chief, Charles Martel. At length ambassadors from the viceroy (subregulus) of the Franks appeared in Rome (739). Their arrival, or the summer heats, brought a momentary peace. But in the following year, Liutprand again took the field. This time the Romans left their walls, and helped Transamund to recover Spoleto. When, however, he had recovered his duchy, he would not or could not comply with Gregory's request, and endeavour to recover for the pope "the four cities of the Roman duchy which had been lost for his sake." In the midst of all these wars and rumours of war, Gregory died, and was buried in the oratory of our Lady which he had himself built in St. Peter's. He died in 741, but whether in November or December is not certain. It is however, on 28 November that he is commemorated in the Roman martyrology. |
