Jimmy, Albert, Aleister, and Acid

Jimmy likes Dragons. He bought the Boleskine House on the Loch Ness so he could keep an eye out for Nessie. He said he popped Acid in the house once owned by Crowley. From the early 1970s to well into the 1980s, Jimmy Page owned the Boleskine House, the former residence of occultist Aleister Crowley. Sections of Page's fantasy sequence in the film The Song Remains the Same were filmed at night on the mountain side directly behind Boleskine House. Page is famous for playing his guitar with a Cello bow, as on the songs "Dazed and Confused" and "How Many More Times". This was a technique he developed during his session days, although strictly speaking he was not the first guitarist to use a bow, since Eddie Phillips of The Creation had done so prior to Page. I must have been having a flashback of Hendrix at the time and that is just evidence that I also get a little Dazed and Confused at times...

Divine Comedy Codex

The Divine Comedy Codex is a transcription in pictograms of Dante's masterpiece: Dante's universe is reinterpreted in the language of icons. Each character, or group, has been represented by an ideogram: elements of the language of gestures are layered on the human figure, abstract graphemes, symbolic designs aimed at identifying the landscape in a precise and stimulating way: the door, the wood, ice, rivers and streams, the skies. The first pictorial representations of the Divine Comedy were transmitted in the circuits of computer art in 1986 and 1987. The Codex was presented to Gorbaciov in 1989, and became the interface of the first Italian multimedia work presented to the public in 1993. In 2004 the first version in digital video of the Divine Comedy was published by DeAgostini editore.
