Unique race in Five Islands, Nova Scotia. The Bay of Fundy has the world's highest tides (30+feet) and in this area it gives the fleeting opportunity to run across large amounts of land; racing against the return of the tide. http://www.notsincemoses.com This was the first year, offering 5 km and 10 km options. It (mostly) broke down to 10 km = competitive, 5 km = for fun. One problem - EVERYONE had fun. The race was well organized, with an eye to balancing safety and adventure.
