I have a new gaiwan, and this is me learning its use with some dragonwell tea at the office.

This one is a much slower pour. What we're trying to do here is delicately extract the tea's fragrance as well as broaden the flavor palate. We can expect this brew to be thicker and more balanced in its flavor spectrum.
