Each time I do dialysis at home my two small dogs always are on the alert and tend to keep any intruders from getting near. If I fall asleep they'll bark in front my face!! Once I am just about to come off they get off and go ontop near a chair till am done. What can I say, I guess having such critters alongside really helps get through the day!

This guy had a hockey trauma 20 years ago with traumatic glaucoma and traumatic temporal zonular dialysis. Few months ago he started to develop bilateral cataracts. Surgery for his first eye was uneventful. I operate temporal clear cornea incisions. In this case I should have operated superiorly. I underestimated the dialysis. During the phaco, I noticed that the dialysis is getting bigger, so I implanted a CTR. Tecnis Acrylic (AMO) There was no vitreous loss until late in surgery, which needed vitrectomy. It would have been much better if I operated superiorly rather than temporal close to the dialysis.

Dialysis on the road was no big deal for Harvey. He toured the country with his grandkids in an RV.
