Obama Birth Certificate Seal It contain NO official State Seal. The Dept of Health in Hawaii has an official seal used to VERIFY and confirm the document as authentic. This seal is unique to the Dept and used on Official documents. The FactCheck'd birth certificate contains NO such seal and needs to be questioned as authentic.
