NS 175 and 179 at Lancing,TN
NS 175 comes through Lancing, TN with a C40-9W with a really nice K-5LAR24. The reason why you don't see the end of 175 is that the end of it had military equipment. I have seen cases on You-Tube where the railroad has requested the website to remove videos with military equipment do to security issues. I'm not sure if Norfolk Southern does this. NS 179 comes through Lancing not to long afterwords of 175. This Catfish has a P-5 new cast. I've included NS 175's track 2 detector message....

Amtrak 73 passing NS 350 @ Isom just before Mebane. 350 had an SD70M-2 and a Catfish. There was a woman conductor on 350 as well.

NS 9948 leads a string of coal cars away from the Frisco Yard and through Mt. Carmel TN.
NS 264 roadrailer at Nemo, TN
NS train 264 plunges into one of 4 remaining tunnels on the Rathole Division heading north, tunnel 24. The Fort Wayne, Indiana bound roadrailer is going to climb a 1.25 percent grade up Lancing, TN. Nemo, TN. is one of the most senic spots on the Rathole division. The big vents on the side of the giant bore are for south bound train comming off the 1.25 percent grade. It helps push the air out of the tunnel.
NS SD70 at Lancing, Tennessee
An NS SD70 leads an intermodal northbound through Lancing, TN. It passes the old grade crossing and a waiting freight led by a C40-9W. The great mixture of EMD 710 series engines and a K-5LA horn finishes the day off. The crest of this 1.25 percent grade is just up the curve.
