ROME The Greeks started to colonize a long time ago. It started with Romulus and Remus who were Greek Trojans. Their father and mother fled Troy after the war of Troy. They were then born in Alba Longa. After they were around 30 they found the city of Rome. They then took the Greek alphabet and changed it to Latin. More Greeks came there also after a while. Rome then took the Greek Gods and Latinized them. They also took Hercules. Henceforth if you can trace your family lineage to Rome you are a Greek and your ancestors came from Troy. SICILY The Peloponnese Greeks sailed to Sicily. They colonized most of the land. They then started to speak a dialect of Greek which has little Latin influence (Sicilian). This region was called Magna Graecia (Greater Greece). Henceforth if you can trace your linage to Sicily you are Greek. KINGDOM OF NAPLES The Greeks from Macedonia which was part of Byzantium sailed to the land above Sicily. This whole land was called the Kingdom of Naples in 1494. They colonized this and started to speak Latin, Sicilian, and the closest language to Greek, Griko. Henceforth if you can trace your linage to the Kingdom of Naples you are Greek. CYRENAICA (CYRENE) The Greeks colonized Cyrene. These Greeks were from Crete. Cyrene comes from the Greek word Crete. Look carefully Krit, Kriti, Kyrit, Kyreti, Cyrete, Crete. That was the evolution of Crete. The second last one was Cyrete. The evolution of Cretan is: Krito, Kritas, Kyriton. Kyrene, Cyrene, Cretan. Notice the second last one? Yes Cyrene means Cretan. The Greeks called it Cyrenaica because Cyrene meant you were Cretan. People just changed it to Cyrene over time. They started to speak Greek mixed with very littled Arabic. Henceforth if you can trace your lineage to Cyrene you are Greek. ASIA MINOR (TURKEY) The Greeks colonized the borders of Asia Minor. They stayed with speaking Greek though. After the Mongolians came (Ottomans) they kicked the Greeks out. Although during the war Ottomans mated with Greeks. And the process kept on repeating. Henceforth if you can trace your lineage to Turkey you have Greek in you! PROVINCIA SPANIAE, IBERIA (SPAIN AND PORTUGAL) The Greeks colonized the area of where Provincia Spaniae was. These Greeks were from Sparta. They started to speak various languages, Contestani, Basetani, Bastuli, Edetani and a dialect of Greek called Grezch. Grezch is also spoken in a few parts of Germany. This is probably because they travelled. That is why Germans call Greek, Griechisch. Henceforth if you are from the area of the Provincia Spaniae and certain parts of Germany you are Greek. AROUND THE BLACK SEA AND OTHERS The Greeks also colonized around the Black Sea. They also colonized around Sardinia and Corsica. Henceforth if you are from those places you are Greek. PART TWO: ALEXANDER THE GREAT'S COLONIZATIONS (GREEK EMPIRE) Alexander the Great colonized all these areas. This is called the Greek empire. The empire included the Ptolemaic Empire, Biblical Lands, Greek Lands, Turkish Lands, India, Persia, and Euro-Asia. When he took over people spoke Greek at those places. When Alexander the Great sadly died the Greek all started to fade away when Asians came and claimed those lands. If Alexander the Great didn't die everyone on earth would be speaking Greek. That is how powerful he was. And for you critics he was not gay. He had a child. So all you movie makers that say Alexander had gay sex, you are wrong! That is how big Greek colonization was. Most of you Europeans could have Greek blood and not even know it.
