This is a composition(2001) dedicated to the great Chet Atkins, with me playing it on a SST Gibson Chet Atkins

Chet is assisted by Claes, doing test recording of "Norwegian Mountain Song", CA Workshop, 1992. Terry mcmillan plays congas in the studioroom simultainously. This is a longer version og the one previously uploaded.
CHET ATKINS and CLAES NEEB at the Country Music Hall Of Fame
Chet gives Claes a guided tour at the Country Music Hall of Fame. It is amazing how Chet, a world famous star in his late sixties, cared to do this, fighting his way through a dense crowd of people, many of which recognized him instantly, just to do this favor for Claes. However, that is the way he was. He never thought of himself as standing out from others or being more important in any way, just a better guitar player than most.

Here is a rare Chet studio outake from 1972...(Theme from Summer of '42)the cut is unmixed, raw, but it gives the effect that you are sitting on the floor right in front of Chet's amp! It has a rare presence that you don't find in most finished cuts. Notice that even sitting that close to Chet's amp, unmixed, Mr Guitar never misses a note..the playing is perfect..flawless!
