 | Aomori Nebuta in Little Tokyo, CA 2007 The gigantic Nebuta float depicting the 16th century warlord Takeda Shingen is designed especially for the 67th Nisei Week in Little Tokyo (LA, CA). The Nebuta float measures 30 x 24 x 17 ft. and is made out of wood, colored paper and hundreds of lights. It was accompanied by a few hundreds dancers, taiko drummers and pipers from Aomori, northern Japan. |
