tonight marks the beginning of another season of Anthony Bourdain's "No Reservations" TV show - on the Travel Channel. in this first episode, he visits Laos.

what i love, is that anthony bourdain is so edgy - and will give it to straight, and isn't afraid to do so, even if means defacing "top chefs" to many people, as seen on on the food tv network, i.e. he's known to not be a fan of emeril, rachel ray, and even jamie olliver.
but since he's a fan of heston blumenthal, mario batali and thomas keller - well, i can definitely not complain about this a-list. in fact, it makes me drool. :)
