'Werneth' is a component area of Oldham, in Greater Manchester, England.
It is to the west of the town centre and is served by Oldham Werneth railway station.
The district was once an industrial centre, almost exclusively used by the Platt Bros. of Oldham, a large engineering firm of the former cotton spinning industry prevailent in Oldham.
