What the heck's a widget?

Widgets, or more specifically, Dashboard Widgets, are mini-applications that run on your Mac. They are single-purpose little guys that do one thing really well, whatever that thing is.

The TripAtlas.com widget just displays the headlines and a short blurb from each and every article on the site, with the newest articles on top. That's it and that's all.

What's so great about widgets?

Well, if you want your information on-demand, instead of having to go to our website and click your way around, you can just look at the TripAtlas.com widget and it will show you the most recent articles with no fuss.

What if I don't have a Mac?
