''For the Mountain range in Labrador, see Torngat Mountains''
A Montreal indie band and instrumental trio established in 2001. 'Torngat's' popularity increased with the 2005 release of their EP ''La Rouge''. During the spring of 2006 and after increasing demand, Torngat toured Eastern Canada. Torngat recently recorded a full-length album which is slated for release on September 19, 2007 on Alien8 Recordings.

Pietro Amato - french horn (and electronics, percussion,melodeon)

★ Mathieu Charbonneau - Wurlitzer (and Analog Synth, Hammond, percussion, melodeon).

★ Julien Poissant - percussion (and Wurlitzer, trumpet, melodeon)
Extremely versatile, all members interchange instruments throughout their shows.
