TOKYO GAIKAN EXPRESSWAY

The or 'Gaikan' is an expressway located in Tokyo, Saitama and Chiba Prefecture, Japan. The expressway is planned to form an outer beltway around central Tokyo upon its completion.
For most of its length it is an elevated roadway. The roadway has curved windbreaks on both sides. Most of the roadway has two lanes in each direction.
It is a toll road with a flat charge of five hundred yen for any journey. Both ETC (electronic toll collection) and usual toll booths exist.
