TEXAS STATE HIGHWAY LOOP 20
'Texas State Highway Loop 20'[1], also known as the Bob Bullock Loop is a highway loop that encircles the city of Laredo, Texas. Along the Rio Grande River that separates Laredo, Texas from the Mexican city of Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas. SHL 20 runs from the World Trade International Bridge at its northern point to US Route 83 at its southern point. Loop 20 is a 6 lane divided highway. The Texas Department of Transportation Laredo District is preparing for future growth by turning Loop 20 into a freeway by building overpasses at major intersections and on / off ramps.[2]

The northwest section of Loop 20 west of I-35 to Urban Road 1472 used to be Urban Road 3464 or Farm to Market 3464[1] which was a road built in 1995 to connect I-35 to FM 1472 in north Laredo, Texas In December 19, 2000 it was replaced by Texas State Highway Loop 20.
