Saint-Aubin-du-Cormier is located at 29 km in the North-East of Rennes and at 49 km in the south of the Mont Saint-Michel.
The communes bordering are Mézières-sur-Couesnon, Saint-Jean-sur-Couesnon, Saint-Georges-de-Chesné, Mecé, Livré-sur-Changeon, Liffré, Gosné, Ercé-près-Liffré and Gahard.
