'Rosie Swale-Pope' is a British woman, born
1946, currently attempting to run around the world. Originally the wife of Colin Swale – the son of
Heath Grammar School headmaster, W. R. Swale. With their two children – Eve and Jimmy – they were the first lone family to round
Cape Horn on their 30,000 mile round-the-world voyage, which started in 1970. While sailing on their 30 ft catamaran ''Annaliese'' – their son Jimmy was born on board.

★ Oct 22 2003, she started from her home town of Tenby in
Wales UK where her first footfall is imprinted in concrete on her front step.
★ April 5 2004, she reached
Moscow,
Russia.
★ Sep 15 2005, she reached
Magadan, far eastern Russia.
★ After extreme adventures in the roadless
Alaskan Winter, she reached the road again in April 17 2006.

Canada.
★ On March 1 2007, she was in
Bagley,
Minnesota,
USA.
★ On June 1 2007, she was in Wauconda, Illinois, USA.
★ On July 26,2007 she was in Toledo,OH

Labrador, Canada, from where to cross the Atlantic.
