PROVINCE OF PAVIA
The 'Province of Pavia' (It. ''Provincia di Pavia'') is a province in the region of Lombardy in Italy. City of Pavia is the capital.
It has an area of 2,965 km², and a total population of 493,829 (2001). There are 190 communes in the province. [1]
