The 'Province of Gorizia' (Italian: '''Provincia di Gorizia''',
Slovenian: ''Goriška pokrajina'') is a
province in the autonomous
Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of
Italy. Its capital is the city of
Gorizia.
It has an area of 466 km², and a total population of 136,491 (2001). It has a coastal length of 47,6 km. There are 25 communes in the province (
