 | The Ironies of The Carpathian Basin: Part 2 - Serbia The second video in a series that looks at the facts of Hungary's relations with Slovakia, Serbia and Romania; showing the sad ironies that are existent in them. In February 2008, Kosovo declared indepedence from Serbia. The Serbs consider it illegitimate, as it had not been approved by Belgrade. However, this video compares Serbia's stance with Vojvodina and Transylvania 88 years earlier to point out a hypocritical and double-standard stance held by Belgrade. A peaceful Serbia is in Hungary's best interests, and a peaceful Serbia can only exist when Kosovo is accepted. |
