 | Franconia Ridge in Late April ('07) On 4/21/07 tMail & I hit Franconia Ridge (via Liberty Springs trail). The ridge from Liberty to Haystack was deep in snow (4-8ft). The rest of the ridge had deep pillows of snow on the western slopes from the April nor'easter. Temperatures were around 40 and winds were only about 30mph. |
