This is the opening sequence to "Hurricane Polymar" (1974), one in a series of '70's "superhero" shows created by Tatsunoko Productions (which include "Space Knight Tekkaman", "Neo-Human Casshern" and most famously "Science Ninja Team Gatchaman", better known to U.S audiences as "Battle of the Planets" & "G-Force") Aside from Gatchaman and Tekkaman, none of the other "superhero" series have been brought over to the U.S to date, at least their original '70's series that is.
