'Noda' (Japanese: 野田市; -shi) is a city located in Chiba, Japan.
As of May 1, 2006, the city has an estimated population of 154,068. The total area is 103.54 km².
The city was founded on May 3, 1950.
Kikkoman Corporation's headquarters are in Noda.
Amongst Westerners, the city is also famous as the centre of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu and the Bujinden, as well as being the production site for 1/3 of all soy sauce produced in Japan.
