MULGRAVE, NOVA SCOTIA


'Mulgrave' is a town on the Strait of Canso in Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, Canada; immediately across from the town of Port Hawkesbury. As of 2001 the population was 904.
The town was first settled in 1800 by British Loyalists and known as McNair's Cove. The current name was adopted in 1859, and Mulgrave was incorporated in 1923.
Mulgrave's economy is based around agriculture and other outdoor activities.
