★ Bedford (sharing roadway with Route 4 and Route 225)

★ Burlington (sharing roadway with Route 3A)

★ Wilmington

★ North Reading (sharing a small section of roadway with Route 28)

★ Middleton (sharing a small section of roadway with Route 114 in a wrong-way concurrency.)

★ Danvers

★ Beverly, terminating at Route 127
Route 62 crosses the following U.S. Highways:

★ U.S. Highway 3 in Burlington (exit 26).

★ US 1 in Danvers.
Route 62 crosses the following Interstate highways:

★ Interstate 190 in Sterling (no direct interchange, though accessible from exit 6).

★ Interstate 495 in Berlin (exit 26).

★ Interstate 93 in Wilmington (exit 40).

★ Interstate 95 in Danvers (exit 49).
Route 62 crosses Route 128 in Danvers (exit 22). It also surpasses the HQ of MEMA, located on the western side of Danvers.
