The 'M734' Multioption Fuze consists of four types of detonation sequences:
#Proximity burst above 3 to 13 feet.
#Near surface-burst 0 to 3 feet above ground.
#Impact burst upon hitting the ground.
#Delay burst 1/2 second after landing impact.
The 'M734' fuze is used on 60 mm, 81 mm, and 120 mm mortar projectiles. The upadated version is the M734A1
