 | Slap Fight (Mega Drive) - Special - Hardest (Part 2) I haven't touched this game in like 4-5 years so I was a little rusty. Sorry about that. :/ At least I still remember where most of the enemies are. Note: I sometimes purposely take a shot or two so I can reactivate the shield. I play until I die. About the death: I meant to reactivate my shield, but I accidentally picked the homing missile weapon instead, which totally screwed me over. I hate that gun so yeah... I kinda rushed to a star to grab a shield real quick and a shot hit me because the only thing on my mind was getting that shield back and I panicked. :/ At least I didn't die during the first loop... Play by Yart. |
 | Mega Man X4 Zero Playthrough - Sigma (14/14) Here we are at the final boss sequence. I hear people say this is very hard with Zero all the time, and I can never figure out why. I beat the first two forms without taking any damage, which isn't exactly anything special. I took some damage in the final part, most from that pesky yellow floating head that I often have trouble dodging. Sigma's gun toting form on the right side is ridiculously easy though, so long as you remember that Ryuenjin is once again your best friend. I was a little slow with the Sigma head form on the left side though, partly because I can never reliably do damage to him during his debris spitting attack without taking damage myself, so I usually just wait it out in the upper right corner. As for his other attack, Shippuuga is pretty useful while you're dashing away from the spikes. I also avoided using the "dash cancel" technique during this battle (and the entire playthrough). So yeah. Thus concludes my X4 playthrough with Zero. It was kinda fun to make, and hopefully someone out there struggling with Zero may benefit from it. It's mainly just to demonstrate my techniques (which aren't really anything special) for completing the game with Zero. I mostly made this because I was bored, and because after hearing people talk about how hard this game is with Zero all the time, I figured it'd be convenient to have video demonstrations of how I do things handy. I usually tend to make excessively stupid mistakes as soon as I try to record anything, but I think these turned out decently.  | Megaman Starforce 3 trailer *UPDATES AND EDITS MADE* The Ryuusei no Rockman 3/流星のロックマン3/Shooting Star Rockman 3/Mega Man Star Force 3, now finally has a "real" trailer I'd like to say for us, showing us not to much and not to little, but most we already know, Subaru/Geo is back in school was again, their will be noise changes, like crosses from EXE in Rnr3 also War-Rock's head is no longer on your buster, I miss talking with him lol but as you can see their is cards for War-Rock now. They look awesome to me, but still don't worry he is still with us. The new enemy is Meteor G, who is covered in this noise ball, the noise is also affecting others. Their will be holes now and sideview like EXE but in 3D =o. You can transform by the level of noise, you may change your arm at 6% and your head at 53% of noise, it seems to go over 100% o.o what lies ahead. We see a scene with Rockman and WarRock tearing through a field of variable-colored, Noise-like WarRock duplicates in an area called as "WAXA Japan Branch" in mini-game fashion.(Notice: Naxa was the base of the project for the meteor in EXE4 as in Ryuusei 3 it shows in the trailer, Waxa.) The 100 damage Standard-class battle card featuring WarRock slashing and tearing is called as "Beast Swing 1"When used, Rockman quickly switches out with War Rock, who will appear and slash with a powerful Widesword-like attack. Note that WarRock was able to slash the enemies despite them being two spaces away, making this attack similar to Dream Sword/Dark Sword with its 3x2 range. There's also a 20 damage, Elec-type battle card called Flash Spear 1. When used, Rockman will rapidly jab two spaces ahead four times. The card also inflicts blindness. A card called Double Eater features War-Rock striking at multiple panels and causing them to disappear. Anger Fire 1 is a fire-type battle card that deals 100 damage and launches fireballs down all columns. From these clips, it is definitely confirmed that the ability to take out panels and rows like in the EXE series will be incorporated into game play, effectively reintroducing old strategy elements into the series. The clips also confirm the return of the Plasma Gun family of cards, the Mad Vulcan family of cards, the Ground Wave family of cards, the Synchro Hook family of cards, and the obligatory Sword/Widesword/Longsword family. There's also a new aqua-type card depicting a shark. Next, we get to see the five mainly-featured Noise Change forms (Gemini/Cygnus/Ox/Ophiuchus/Libra) in action. In one sequence, Rockman is seen instantly upgrading his style into a near-complete Libra Noise in the middle of the action while fighting a Crowker virus. Next, each form is shown using an attack, assumed to be charge shots as no change is seen in the name of the battle card loaded when the attack is used. Gemini Noise is seen using a fist attack similar to Stun Knuckle while Cygnus Noise performs an attack identical to Air Spread. Libra Noise is shown attacking with a Wide Sword while Ophiuchus Noise appears to dash down the column reminiscent to Ophiuchus Queen's "Quick Serpent" attack, even leaving a poison panel at the end, just like her battle card. Ox Noise is just seen standing around unfortunately. The boss that you see that Rockman fights is called "Spade Magnets", a wizard that is covered with noise these two mysterious characters again as they appear to be forcing Magnets's change into Spade Magnets, his v1 will only have 400HP and that the shots from before depicting him with more health must have been his EX version or higher. Due to being a former wizard that managed the Rockets at the elementary school, Spade Magnets has an attack that involves firing rockets down the columns. Of course, he also has attacks utilizing his swords, though their use comes with the visual effect of a magnetic field collapsing.
