KAROLYN NUNNALLEE

'Karolyn Nunnallee' was the seventh president of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), serving 1998-1999. Ms. Nunnallee's ten-year-old daughter was killed in the Carrollton bus disaster. The school bus in which her child was riding was hit by a drunk driver with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of .24 percent. The resulting fire killed 24 children and three adults.
Ms. Nunnallee advocated a maximum legal BAC of 0.0 and asserted that “If you choose to drink, you should never drive. We will not tolerate drinking and driving -- period.â€
