
John Bellamy Foster
'John Bellamy Foster' is an
American journalist, sociologist, essayist and
eco-socialist, as well as editor of the ''
Monthly Review'', a prominent
Marxist magazine.
Foster is a Professor of Sociology at the
University of Oregon in
Eugene. He has written widely on
political economy and has established a reputation as an
environmental sociologist and
eco-socialist.
