JIMMY CONSTABLE
'Jimmy Constable' (born 21 September 1971, Toxteth, Liverpool, England) is a British pop singer.
The first step in his singing career was being a member of the boyband 911, formed in 1995. Constable had met Simon Dawbarn, another 911 member, while working as a dancer on the show ''The Hitman and Her''. They later added the third member, Lee Brennan, and were signed by Virgin Records. The band was successful, selling over seven million records worldwide. 911 split up in 2000.
2006 saw Constable return to the music industry. He took part in the MTV series ''Totally Boyband''. The series followed ex-members of other boybands forming into a new band. The new band is called Upper Street, yet their first single was a commercial disaster and charted at No. 35 in the UK Singles Chart. The band has since disbanded, with the whole project deemed a commercial disaster.
He appeared in BBC2 gameshow Identity on 28 August 2007 as an 'Ex Boyband Member'.
