![]() | Tito Schipa Jr Message to the Tito Schipa and Opera's Lovers TITO SCHIPA JR. during a very magic "serata of Ferragosto" 8August 15, 2008) in a perfect location the "Anfiteatro Romano" at Lecce, send a message to all the TITO SCHIPA's lover in the world: Argentina, Chile, Peru, USA, Canada, Spain, French, Italy,... more info about Tito Schipa visit: http://www.titoschipa.it/ TITO SCHIPA - BEGINNING INFO Raffaele Attilio Amadeo Schipa - Tito - was born in Lecce at the end of 1888, although the birth records show the date 2 January 1889. This was a deliberate ploy on part of Tito Schipa's father in order to defer military service for an additional year. Tito Schipa came from a poor family in the poorest part of Italy. He early showed a precocious talent for singing and Maestro Giovanni Albani picked Schipa's voice out of a school chorus and provided his first vocal instruction. Later on the Bishop of Lecce, Don Gennaro Trama, fascinated with the boy's wonderful voice, decided to give him tuition at his own expense and the boy sang occasionally solo pieces during church service. He was overheard by the singer and musicologist and former pupil of Saverio Mercadante, Alceste Gerunda, who invited him to become his private pupil, subjecting the boy to rigorous vocal training. In 1908, when Tito Schipa was 19, Gerunda presented the aspiring tenor in a benefit recital that raised money for a trip to Milano, where Tito Schipa were to seek the possible launch of his career. During the course of 1917 Puccini himself invited the young tenor to create the role of Ruggero in the world premiere of La Rondine in Monte Carlo with the star soprano Gilda dalla Rizza, and two years later, in 1919, Tito Schipa was invited to join the staff of singers at the Chicago Civic Opera, and thus commenced what were to become the peak of Tito Schipa's career: A decade in America at the Chicago Opera with frequent visits to the Met in New York, the opera of San Francisco plus various tours and appearances which took him to more than 40 cities. In between the years of 1919 and 1929 Schipa was converted into a celebrity, one of the highest-paid artists in the US, living lavishly on the South Coast where he was seen frequenting parties with the glamorous. He was known to be a notorious womanizer and spent his fortune carelessly. Despite all the possible distractions leading from his lifestyle, these years are considered Schipa's best years, his "Golden Epoch" as an artist, when he was in best voice, which do betray his many and famed recordings for HMV and RCA for more info about Italy http://www.italianbusinessguide.com/ Schipa had no grand voice nor exceptional beauty, it was rather the manner in which he employed it that captivated the audiences. He had no astounding high notes and limited therefore his repertory to a handful of operatic roles which he performed over and over again in a career that lasted for 55 years. His voice was subtle and light, encapturing the shades and colours of the music, yet it reached in the great opera arenas by manner of a unique projection |
![]() | Appointed Times part 2 How Did he [the Little Horn of the fourth beast] Change Times & Laws 1. Divine Law was Usurped When Civil Laws Were Changed January wasnt always the beginning of the year. Gods original plan was for it to begin in the spring. The timing and tracking of when the world begins each year, was changed from the Biblical reckoning, which is spring (March or April) to winter (January), and from the lunar cycle to the solar cycle to emphasize pagan solar worship. Who was responsible for changing the year to begin in January 1st? The Encyclopedia Britannica (Vol. 4, 1968 edition, p. 616 1st col. par 1.) tells us that it was the Roman emperor, Julius Caesar who made the changes in 45 bc. When Pope Gregory the XIII (1582-1585) modified this calendar it became known as the Gregorian calendar and is the one we use today. (See Thorndike Barnhart Advanced Junior Dictionary.) By changing the civil calendar cycle, he [the Little Horn of the fourth beast] took the entire world off Gods prophetic time clock. These changes set Gods people at a disadvantage for easily following Gods prophetic calendar of divine appointments that point to the events of Christs Second Advent that we are told will be fulfilled at the time pointed out in the symbolic service. GC 399. (Note: Emphasis is supplied by author in all quotes, unless otherwise noted.) 2. Divine Law was Usurped When Religious Laws Were Changed A letter from a Bishop will explains: Dear Friend, I have offered and still offer $1000 to any one who can prove to me from the Bible alone that I am bound, under grievous sin, to keep Sunday holy. It was the Catholic Church, which made the law obliging us to keep Sunday holy. The Catholic Church abolished not only the Sabbath, but all the other Jewish festivals. Respectfully, T. Enright C.S.S.R., Bishop of St. Alphonsus Church, St. Louis, Missouri, June, 1905. The following quote reveals that the Mother Churchs new laws had a hidden agenda and it included more than just the Sabbath versus Sunday issue. She claims: The new law has its own spirit and its own feasts which have taken the place of those [plural] appointed in the Law of Moses. If we would know the days to be observed we must go to the Catholic Church, not the Mosaic Law. Catholic Catechism, quoted in Signs of the Times, 11/4/1919. The Catholic Church has feast days? Her feast days are her holydays of obligation. This catechism says that they must be kept holy like the Sunday. The new pope, Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, of Germany, revamped the Catholic Catechism 10 years before coming into office April 19, 2005. This revision gives us enlightening information. In respecting religious liberty and the common good of all, Christians should seek recognition of Sunday and the Churchs holy days as legal holidays. Catholic Catechism, par. 2188; as quoted in a letter from Amazing Facts in April-May 2005. The Pope has power to change times, and to abrogate laws, and to dispense with all things, even precepts of Christ. Decretal De Translate. Espiscop. Cap. Repeatedly the Catholic Church arrogantly boasts of her power to command and ordain her own feasts and continues to mock Protestants for keeping them and breaking what they call most other feasts. ![]() | 1,500 Africian American Babies murdered by abortion a day. Copied from Rosary Films. Psalm 119:95 The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: but I will consider thy testimonies. Racism The Holy Bible is clear that the LORD God created every human being in His image. Whatever is the color of someone's flesh, God made their flesh that color. If God created it, how can we oppose it? We cannot oppose what God has done. Acts 17:26 And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; 2 Corinthians 5:16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more. Philippians 3:3 For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh. We do not know people after the flesh, but whether they have received and follow the Lord Jesus Christ or not. This means, if a black man has accepted the Lord Jesus Christ and is committed to obeying Jesus, then that man is my brother. If a white man rejects the Lordship of Jesus Christ and is a child molesting homosexual, or babykilling abortionist, then that man is God's enemy and not my brother. Planned Parenthood and pro-abort babykillers are real racist. Read quotes from the founder of Planned Parenthood pointing out their true agenda, e.g. elimination of the minority races. "We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population." Margaret Sanger: founder of Planned Parenthood. December 10, 1939 'The Negro Project' "Birth control: to create a race of thoroughbreds." —Margaret Sanger, Birth Control Review, November 1921, (vol. V, no. 11); p.2. "More children from the fit, less from the unfit—that is the chief aim of birth control." —Margaret Sanger, Birth Control Review, May 1919 (vol. III, no. 5); p.12. "The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members." — Margaret Sanger, letter to Clarence Gamble, Dec. 10,1939. - Sanger manuscripts, Sophia Smith Collection, Smith College. (Dec. 10 is the correct date of the letter. There is a different date circulated, e.g. Oct. 19, 1939; but Dec. 10 is the correct date of Ms Sanger's letter to Mr. Gamble.) "Before eugenists and others who are laboring for racial betterment can succeed, they must first clear the way for Birth Control. Like the advocates of Birth Control, the eugenists, for instance, are seeking to assist the race toward the elimination of the unfit. Both are seeking a single end but they lay emphasis upon different methods. " —Margaret Sanger, "Birth Control and Racial Betterment." Birth Control Review, February 1919, (vol. III, no. 2); p. 11. "Those least fit to carry on the race are increasing most rapidly. Funds that should be used to raise the standard of our civilization are diverted to maintenance of those who should never have been born." —Margaret Sanger, Pivot of Civilization, p.279. "Today, however, civilization has brought sympathy, pity, tenderness . We are now in a state where our charities, our compensation acts, our pensions, hospitals, and even our drainage and sanitary equipment all tend to keep alive the sickly and the weak, who are allowed to propagate and in turn produce a race of degenerates." —Margaret Sanger, "Birth Control and Women's Health." Birth Control Review, December 1917, (vol. I, no. 12); p. 7. "It now remains for the United States government to set a sensible example to the world by offering a bonus or a yearly pension to all obviously unfit parents who allow themselves to be sterilized by harmless and scientific means." —Margaret Sanger, "The Function of Sterilization." Birth Control Review, October 1926, (vol. X, no. 10); p. 299. "I visited hospitals in this city, and found them lacking in the simple and most ordinary article of decency. No soap, no cod-liver oil . This has given rise to skin trouble, and the poor little waifs are a sad, miserable lot. It would be a great kindness to let them die outright, I believe." —Margaret Sanger. "Women in Germany."
