'JURIST' is an online legal news service hosted by the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, edited by founder Professor Bernard Hibbitts, Executive Director Jeannie Shawl, and a staff of more than 40 law students working in Pittsburgh and other US locations. In May 2006 JURIST won a Webby People's Voice Award as best Law website. In October 2006 it won a W3 Gold Award in the Law and Legal Services category.
