A Russian contortionist, Irina Kazakova is known as the world's most flexible. She is a world class gymnast who specializes in contortion and rhythmic gymnastics on Russia's national team. She is trained with a personal trainer,and works on her oversplits([1]). Her most
popular performance is her "Snake Dance" ([2]).
She also has amazing performances with the ball and ribbons.
Her only competition is Anna Bessonova who is credited with having the best leaps. She still is involved with contortion, but is currently becoming more involved with Rhythmic Gymnastics, and it is becoming her main focus. This should help her strength improve, and her leaps will soon improve.
