Mogami Cable, Intangible Superiority And Counting To Twelve
From the high end to the bottom of the barrel, there is definitely a price variance in cable. Mogami cable falls into the former category, and we join Tristan James at Proletariat Productions to find out what all this cable fuss is about. Tristan takes a break from battling the man to show us some of the benefits of Mogami cable. Tristan also gives us some price saving advice. When buying expensive cable, buy the materials raw and build it yourself. Presenter: Gretchen Hasse, Gearwire Location: Chicago, IL J. Irving-Giles is a writer / editor for Gearwire http://www.gearwire.com http://www.proletariatproductions.com

Bauhaus-Dark Entries
Sorry there's no video or anything, but here it is. lyrics: Caressing bent up to the jug again With sheaths and pills Invading all those stills In a hovel of a bed I will scream in vain Oh please miss Lane Leave me with some pain Went walking through this city's neon lights In fear of disguising my warping seathing Pressure lines and graceless heirs Intangible of price Trying so hard to find what? What was right I came upon your room it stuck into my head We leapt into the bed degrading even lice You took delight in taking down All my shielded pride Until exposed became my darker side Puckering up and down some avenue of sin Too cheap to ride they're worth a try If only for the old times cold times Don't go waving your pretentious love He's soliciting on his tan brown brogues Girating through some lonesome devils row Pinpointing well meaning upper class prey Of walking money checks posessing holes He often sleekly offers his services Exploitation of his finer years Work with loosely woven fabrics Of lonely office clerks Any lay suffices his dollar green eye
Bradley Alias 1: Tactical Nirvana
The Bradley Alias 1 provides maximum quality, intangible coolness, wicked speed, and superb materials at a price much less than the highly touted Chris Reeve Sibenza. Make no mistake: the Sibenza is an outstanding blade and sometimes you just want the best. Nothing wrong with that. But this Bradley Alias, made by Benchmade, provides me all the blade enjoyment I would get from a Sebenza. Yes it's still a $200 knife but that's almost less than half of a large Sibenza! Not many criticisms can be validated with this knife (nor should there be any at this price level). The S30V blade is just perfect, the fit and finish superb, lockup rock solid, the titanium framelock handle is aesthetic and rugged. And the deployment couldn't be any faster on this 4 oz knife. So how much is too much for a blade? Certainly not $200 (or a little less) if you're talking the Bradley Alias. It's the Corvette ZO6 of folding tactical knives and one of my all time favorites. (and yes yet again I ran out of time at the end) Correction: The small Sebenza can be had for around $300 to $330
DICK NOBODY: "Reality" (Episode #10)
Claude Stuart is Dick Nobody, the detective who will find anyone's lost intangible item - if the price is right! In this hilarious tenth episode, Dick must help a Vietnam Vet find his "Reality". The solution? Well, let's just say the two men must go to war! Claude Stuart is hilarious, and Rosie Tran and Jay Laisne are brilliant as a married couple!
Why Incorporate in Delaware?
Why you should Incorporate in Delaware or Form a Delaware LLC: The internal operations of Delaware Corporations and LLCs are governed by Delaware law. The US Chamber of Commerce has rated Delaware's litigation system #1 of all 50 states in the past five years in every category (Judges' Competence, Judges' Impartiality, Overall Treatment of Tort and Contract Litigation, etc.) Additionally, recent amendments to the Delaware LLC Act now make it the state-of-the art jurisdiction for LLCs. Delaware's Charging Order Remedy is exclusive and very narrow, to starve out a creditor. Creditors are no longer entitled to other legal and equitable rights to attach assets. Assignees are also bound by the Operating Agreement even if they did not sign it. Why should I incorporate in Delaware or form Delaware LLC? Delaware is an easy and reliable state in which to incorporate or form LLCs, plus the annual cost is low. A few examples of Delaware's benefits include: * Easy and Reliable * Delaware law has been tested and provides predictability. * Delaware regularly updates its laws to remain the leading state for incorporation. * Delaware has a separate Court of Chancery that handles Corporation law cases quickly and competently. * Delaware allows the owners and managers of an LLC to remain anonymous. * Annual Costs: The Delaware Corporation minimum annual franchise tax is $35 and the filing fee is $25. The Delaware LLC annual fee is $200, regardless of capitalization. What tax savings will I receive if I incorporate in Delaware? Delaware has no sales tax or intangible personal property tax. No Delaware income tax has to be paid and a business license is not required if the Corporation does not do business in Delaware. If I Incorporate in Delaware can I do business in other states? Yes, Delaware Corporations and LLCs can qualify to do business in all 50 states and in foreign countries. Alternattiva Demokratika: Gozo Budget Proposals 2007
Alternattiva Demokratika - Trailblazer status for Gozo. In a press conference held at the party's Gozo office in Victoria, Alternattiva Demokratika - The Green Party described the sum of Lm8 million which the government is stating to spare in the coming budget as insufficient when considering the much needed boost to Gozo's economy. Dr. Harry Vassallo chairperson of Alternattiva Demokratika said, "It is our aim to reverse the trend of decades and make Gozo a trailblazer instead of the forgotten backwater it has been allowed to become. This physically separate region offers the whole country an opportunity to set up a conveniently close, practical example of what the rest of the country can hope to achieve. It can lead Malta out of the downward slide through greed and uglification to stagnation by providing a concrete example of what we can all achieve. If we can prove that it is possible, the rest of the country can take heart." AD Gozo Spokesperson Victor Galea stated that "AD Gozo Regional Committee has produced a set of concrete proposals specifically for Gozo. These will serve to stimulate economic growth, reduce taxes on business, provide financial and community support to families, give a much needed boost to Gozo's economy as well as stimulate key sectors like Tourism without risking that the deficit will overrun. The proposed Lm 8 million, the government has put forward is miserly. We target overall budget measures of Lm 18 million to be invested in our economy without threatening Malta's obligations with the EU and while ensuring that Euro adoption is not jeopardised." "We propose that 10% of the Lm18 million should be invested in Gozo. The sum of Lm750,000 is to subsidise the cost of travel in the shoulder periods, to increase 'Maltese' tourism to Gozo. The sum of Lm250,000 is to be provided to promote Gozo directly to low-cost travellers. A further Lm250,000 to be used to participate in a number of international fairs to promote Gozo as a retirement centre. A further Lm250,000 is to be invested to assist financially the development of niche tourism projects by the private sector. Another Lm250,000 is to be invested in developing and promoting Gozo as a base for local and international call centres. We also propose Lm0.75M for the reduction of passenger costs on the Gozo ferry during the low season since we should all know that Gozo is at its very best in the cooler season." At the AD Gozo Office, AD Spokesperson on Finance and Tourism explained that: "It is great all year round for people who want to retire to a pleasant little island with a mild Mediterranean climate. Establishing Gozo as a retirement centre can give the Gozitan economy the steadying element it needs. We have earmarked Lm0.25M for investment in tourism fairs targeting this niche. Gozo has a lot to offer retirees and they have a future to offer Gozo, investing their capital, spending their pensions in goods and services as well as attracting their friends and relatives to the island. Already 2,000 foreign residents have chosen Gozo as their retirement destination. Far more needs to be invested in this effort." "Above all the intangibles need to be addressed. In Gozo we have the need for certainty, in urban planning for instance. We cannot expect people to invest their savings and see their investment evaporate because somebody bends the rules to be re-elected. It is not only foreign residents who demand it. All Gozitans need this assurance," concluded Dr. Harry Vassallo.
Benchmade 3300 Infidel: Overpriced Coolness
Why are out the front (OTF) autos so expensive? Nutnfancy says their inner workings though more complex simply don't justify the price of most models...there's just no way. They are just price gouging us for the perceived coolness and exclusivity. Just like the Microtech OTFs, the cool but hyper-expensive Benchmade Infidel will set you back about four plus cool ones in 2008. For that indeed you get a well-engineered double-action OTF knife: two compression springs work in tandem to provide extreme reliability (patented), SS liners increase design strength, locking mechanism has 4 heat-treated latches to ensure strength, multiple locking latches increase strength, has Presidio-style directional handle milling, a high traction actuation button, nice deep and strong clip, sharp, the laser-cut 4" D2 dagger blade is ground well, and a blowout hole is provided for cleaning purposes (helps de-lint the mechanism). All this engineering results in a fast, reliable OTF auto that I believe would be on par with the Halo from Microtech. But it remains impractical: it's a heavier 5.0 oz, it's an inherently a weaker design than a heavy duty tactical folder (which is almost as fast too), the thick handle is necessary to encase mechanism, it's complexity can lead to failure no matter how quality made it is, it has a very limited purpose and short dagger blade, and it's a very low value knife. So many better tactical knife options exist for hundreds less than the Infidel. So on terms of practicality the Infidel loses out big time. The current Blackhawk catalog puts it well in regards to their Triton OTF: "[they are] primarily intended as an expression of knife engineering and craftsmanship as well as a light-duty tool and backup weapon." I agree. But as is often the case with high end items, it's another aspect to this knife: intrinsic attraction. In terms of collectibility and specialness the Infidel really is a winner. It is an impressive and cool blade that is seldom seen and will provide you with years of enjoyment, no doubt. Some just want and appreciate such a high quality OTF auto and it what turns them on. I can never fault that intangible attraction to such a blade and I understand it... I can just get it from blades costing a lot less. Nutnfancy Likeability Scale: 4 out of 10 (price considered); if $180: 6 out of 10 15 US 1244 (2-4): "Switchblade knives can be shipped by common carrier, that sale, transportation or distribution, possession or introduction into interstate commerce of switchblade knives is authorized if it is pursuant to a contract with the armed forces or any member or employee thereof acting in the performance of his duty may possess switchblade knives and may have them shipped and sold to him."
Conjure One - Extraordinary Way
Conjure One with their song Extraordinary Way, featuring POE on 'extraordinary' vocals. What I have is nothing to my name No property to speak of And no trophy for my game Intangible and worthless My assets on the page My coffers are empty Any offer of safety has faded away But what I have What I have is On an ordinary day The extraordinary way You take what I can give and you treasure it On an ordinary day The extraordinary way You turn to me and say, I believe in this That makes me lucky God, I'm lucky, so much luckier than I ever thought I'd be 'Cause what I have (what I have) Means so very little to this world A promise that I kept and a bridge that I saved before it burned The sacrifice that I made Brought me to my knees A choice that cost me everything and set somebody else free But what I have Is the value that you see in these things On an ordinary day The extraordinary way You take what I can give and you treasure it On an ordinary day The extraordinary way You turn to me and say, I believe in this That makes me lucky God I'm lucky, so much luckier than I ever thought I'd be 'Cause what I have Is the value that you see in these things And everytime I forget those things you bring them right back to me With your patience When I'm blinding mad And your passion When I'm really, really bad And your eyes Taking in everything I am And your body and soul and the way that you know How I treasure you On an ordinary day The extraordinary way You take what I can give and you treasure it On an ordinary day The extraordinary way You turn to me and say, I believe in this That makes me lucky God I'm so lucky So much luckier than I ever thought I'd be On an ordinary day The extraordinary way You take what I can give and you treasure it On an ordinary day The extraordinary way You turn to me and say, I believe in this (Check out my other videos, just click on my profile name.)
