'Hooters of America, Inc' is a privately held U.S. corporation based in Atlanta, Georgia. The major holding has been owning and franchising the Hooters chain of restaurants. The company had also formed an airline, Hooters Air, now defunct.
Hooters of America started as a major franchisee of the restaurants created by Hooters, Inc. in Clearwater, Florida.
