The 'Guizhou Daily' (貴州日報) is the main newspaper agency of the province Guizhou. Founded after the Chinese Civil War, it and the Guiyang Daily (貴陽日報) formed the main basis of communication across the province. In recent years, popularity has given way to its nine or so subsidiaries such as 貴州商報. It recently completed a move into its new skyline building.
