GREAT LAKES REGION (NORTH AMERICA)

The 'Great Lakes region' includes much of the Canadian province of Ontario and eight U.S. states that border the Great Lakes. The entire Canadian Great Lakes shoreline is in Ontario. ''(See Also: Third Coast)''
In the United States, "Great Lakes" is often used to separate this region from the rest of the Midwest.
