'Georgius Cuprios' ('George of Cyprus') was a Byzantine geography of the
seventh century. He is known for his ''Descriptio orbis Romani'', written in the decade 600-610
[1]. It is written in Greek, and lists cities of the
Eastern Roman Empire[2].
